Clare Chapel was and remains subject to St Edwards Church for the authorising of baptisms and marriages and so the registers there may include records of the sacraments performed at Clare. However, it is has proved difficult to locate these registers on previous occasions in response to enquiries.
Published each term as Chapel cards and then later known as term cards. Also available on the College website from c. 2004

Early governance of the College was the responsibility of the Master and evidence is available in the Master's Old Book (CCAD/1/1/1) and the first Register of leases (CCAD/3/1/1/1) . Subsequent governance of the College followed similar procedures to those of today and resulting records are included here.
