Comprises maps of Cambridge, sections, plans of proposed sewage works and drawings of intercepting tunnels.
Comprises:
(1) plans of proposed alterations to Master's Lodge and buildings in side passage near the river including earth closets to provide rooms for undergraduates, 1914 - 1916;
(2) plans for proposed new Lodge in either Master's and Fellows' Garden (now Fellows' Garden) or College Garden (part of site of Memorial Courts), 1915 including artist's impression of proposed Lodge (part of plans "H");
(3) block plan of part of Eastern General Hospital occupying part of latter site, nd;
(4) drawings showing:
- elevation of 1 bay of frontage of Old Court and details of stonework, nd
- proposed rebuilding of chimney stack in south-west part of Old Court, nd (c. 1915)
- hot water system in Master's Lodge, nd

Pen and ink drawing of the cupola and lantern above the Hall, coloured with watercolour. Drawn and painted by Peter Darvall and submitted to the College as part of his application to study architecture at Clare in 1947.
Six plans showing elevations, floorplans and cross sections of stone work in Old Court. All plans have RIBA measured drawing on them.
With copy of inscription and dimensions of former Chapel. Copied from Vol 4 of Samuel Blithe's accounts with his pupils. On the reverse is a draft abstract of (College) accounts for 1800-1804.
