In connection with leasing of part of Butt Close (now Fellows' Garden) from King's College. Also a copy of a letter dated 1638 from Charles I to King's College, ordering exchange of part of Butt Close for piece of land adjoining King's College Chapel.
Thought to be an early version, probably by Sir James Burrough but not as built, especially Ante-Chapel and east end
